These terms govern access to and use of the Boothlio website, dashboard, and related services. By using Boothlio, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service
Boothlio provides event booth and digital engagement tools, including shareable booth URLs, QR and NFC entry points, guided demos, persona routing, lead capture, and event analytics. Features may change as the product evolves, including during early access.
Your account
Dashboard access is limited to authorized users. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when creating events, capturing leads, or joining the waitlist.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Boothlio, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform availability, or use the service to collect or transmit data you are not permitted to use. You remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws when collecting attendee or lead information at events.
Your content and data
You retain rights to content and lead data you submit through Boothlio. You grant Boothlio the rights needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the service, including integrations you configure (such as webhooks or CRM sync).
Early access
Boothlio may be offered on a waitlist or early-access basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Paid plans, when available, will be governed by applicable order forms or commercial terms.
Disclaimer and liability
Boothlio is provided on an “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Boothlio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid for the affected service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars if no fees were paid.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
